The 24/48 Shipping Rule

Shipping Deadline

You are required to ship each product within 24 working hours of the order date.

First Notice

If you fail to ship within the initial 24 working hours, you will receive a reminder email urging you to dispatch the order promptly.

Cancellation Policy

If the product is not shipped within the subsequent 24 working hours (totaling 48 hours from the order date), the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be refunded.

Fees and Risks

Despite order cancellation, the platform fee will be charged and reflected on your monthly invoice.

Shipping the product after the 48-hour deadline is permitted but is entirely at your risk.
